Manufacturing Engineer

Grantsburg, WI - Hourly Range $30.00-$45.00hr Job Brief Perform various engineering duties and tasks under the direction of the Vice President of Operations
Responsibilities Programming: Proficient in programming for manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiencyFixturing and Tooling: Implementing fixtures and tools to improve manufacturing processesMaintain BOM's and Part Routings: Responsible for maintaining BOM's and part routings to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.Material Sourcing: Capable of sourcing materials needed for production, ensuring quality and cost effectivenessEstimated Cost/Maintain Cost estimate: Responsible for estimating and maintaining cost estimates for manufacturing processes to aid in budgeting and financial planningProvide Manufacturing Support: Provide necessary support to the manufacturing team, troubleshooting issues, and implanting solutions to enhance productivity.Acts as Project Manager for assigned projectsEnsure compliance to applicable solicitation and contractual requirementsHelps train engineers, machinists and other employees as necessary Requirements A Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience is required.Strong understanding of Engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and Manufacturing, including knowledge of GD&T.Knowledge of Pumping systems a plusPossess extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, machining techniques and tooling technologies.Programming CNC mills using Mastercam software.Strong written, personal, technical and software skills(Creo, Mastercam, Ecel, Outlook, etc.
)The ability to manage multiple tasks with very little supervision.Knowledge of Quality assurance practices and procedures.
