Description: New Product/Project Engineering Develop project plan. Conduct cost and capability for new market feasibility studies. Support feasibility for new product opportunities. Ensure smooth and complete transition of projects. Production Engineering support Develop new product start up plan and manage projects. Collaborate with Quality to meet customer expectations. Meet production standards. Sales and Customer Service Support Support feasibility and contract review processes and suggest improvements. Handle customer technical interface. Department and Talent Management Develop long range departmental plan that ties into the strategic plan. Train and mentor the team. Manage and prioritize timelines. Skills: Manufacturing engineering, cnc, Solidworks, tooling & fixture design, Manufacturing process Top Skills Details: Manufacturing engineering,cnc,Solidworks Additional Skills & Qualifications: Need a Bachelors Degree Leadership experience is a plus.
