Manufacturing Engineering Intern

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to do machine parts that the engineers design. The intern will work on in-office projects and keep the flow of fixturing projects. This internship will also provide hands-on experience in the engineering field by assisting the continuous improvement of skill development and learning about industry knowledge. Although the need is generally around machining, there is potential for design work and assistance with other projects.
Internship Duties/Projects: Operate machine tooling and equipment (manual mill, manual lathe, bench grinder, bandsaw, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints Measure and examine materials Internship Schedule: Flexible work schedule: we can adjust depending on your school schedule Expect to report over 10 hours a week Fall 2024 (August to December 2024) Education Requirements Currently enrolled as a college student, community college student, or vocational school student Attending a manufacturing engineering, machining program, or relevant degree This is a paid onsite internship.
