**Earn while you learn**
Polaris Roseau is partnering with Bemidji State University to offer recent high school graduates the opportunity to work full-time at Polaris while attending BSU as a part-time student.
The employee will be enrolled in classes online through BSU paid for by Polaris.
This program is 19 months in length and will results in 2 years of full-time work experience at Polaris Roseau along with 30 credit hours earned completely tuition free (performance, attendance, and class requirements must be met).
**Assembly Operator**
In the Assembly Operator position you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components.
You will install subsystems, parts, and components into a vehicle on a moving assembly line.
You will also perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality.
The position requires the use and operation of various power tools, hoists, and production equipment.
Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast paced environment and participate in teams to improve processes.
This job requires you to lift up to 40lbs, bend, twist, turn, kneel, squat, reach overhead, perform strong pinch and grip, push pull up to 100lbs, and stand/walk up to 8 hours per day.
**Qualifications:**
- 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens
- Willing and able to work overtime
**Base Pay Range:**
$20.01 - $23.62
