SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining peak operating conditions and efficiencies for all process equipment and facility systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms basic routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks according to service, quality, and safety standards.
Following procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, systems Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, reconditions, and services all machines.
Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs referring to prints, diagnosis using PLC's, on electrical equipment and instrumentation.PID controller knowledge and tuning.Perform and troubleshoot 480V and 120V circuits.Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code requirements.Test all electronic equipment components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.Other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Facilities Manager. The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language is required for all roles.
REQUIRED SAFETY EQUIPMENT/TRAINING
AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.
