Seeking an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Manager to join our teamReport directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in directing and coordinating various activitiesResponsibilities include managing operations, EHS, and Quality teams

Responsibilities
• Directly manage and lead the Operations, Safety, and Quality teams• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess performance• Work closely with Engineering and Maintenance teams for coordination• Oversee Quality team's efforts to maintain high standards• Lead Safety team in developing and implementing safety protocols• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks• Evaluate and streamline operational processes• Ensure operational activities are aligned with customer expectations• Monitor budgets and provide regular reports on operational performance
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience• Technical degree preferred in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or material science• Lean Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred• Experience in automotive manufacturing or metals industry preferred• Adaptable to a non-union environment
