Manufacturing Operations Engineer Location: (ONSITE) – Mahwah, New Jersey (07430)
Duration: 12+ month contract - (Opportunity for contract extension)
Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

As a Manufacturing Operations Engineer with the Operations team, you will provide manufacturing engineering leadership and lead projects for assigned cells within our Mahwah, NJ site. You will work closely with Quality Assurance, Suppliers, Advanced Operations, and Product Development on initiatives that drive toward best practices and support business objectives.

Technical Responsibilities: Develop and manage project timelines within a cross-functional team
Work closely with Operations, Engineering Services, and Quality to resolve in-house and supplier quality problems using established problem-solving methodologies
Actively participate and lead teams to support new product and process design and development activities
Lead and participate in the development and improvement of the manufacturing process for existing and new products
Facilitate quality remediation, gap closure through partnership with cell Quality Engineers.
Participate in development, review & approval process and equipment validation/qualifications
Initiate & support NCR and CAPA initiatives
Develop and execution equipment validations EQ, OQ, PQ and Procedure creations/updates
