Responsibilities
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and applicable regulations• Reporting discrepancies to ensure quality standards and safety• Ensuring quality and compliance through a Right First-Time mentality• Preparing components for manufacturing• Feeding components into equipment and performing sanitation activities• Documenting appropriate paperwork and understanding performance metrics• Using pallet jacks and manual wrapping• Using computer systems for inventory and batch record• Partnering with cross-functional teams for improvement opportunities• Ensuring continuous availability of components and products
Requirements
• High school diploma / GED• 1 year of Manufacturing or Operations experience• 1+ years of GMP/regulatory environment experience• Knowledge of GMP principles• Drug substance manufacturing experience• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods• Ability to operate and understand equipment per procedures• Basic understanding of measurements and calculations• Ability to work in both individual and team settings• Strong communication skills
