Responsibilities may include the following based on position:

•Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.

•Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production targets.

•Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

•visually deburr parts and assemble parts into assemblies under the direction of the Area Supervisor and/or Lead Person.

•Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing processes.

•Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

•Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

Requirements:

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred but not required.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work tasks.

•Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

•Commitment to following safety and quality guidelines.
