Clean Harbors in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager in the Marine Shipping and Oil & Gas Industry to join our team for the PNW region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clients accounts, developing new business and ensuring the delivery of exceptional field services.

Maintain critical relationships with customers.Act as the primary point of contact from clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing all inquiries related to field services.Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of field services such as delivery of proposals, RFP's and site assessments in a timely manner.Coordinate with operational teams to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and budgets are on track and met.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to business development efforts.Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports related to the business development in our line of business.Develop accounts and prospects to increase awareness of CH FS capabilities, meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives, highly focused on Field Services LOBs.Track activities, opportunities, and accounts through CH tools, utilizing insights into craft strategies and cross-selling opportunities to create richer relationships with existing customers, and operational staff to ensure the highest quality of service to be provided.Bachelor's degree in business administration/Environment Science, or equivalent preferred;3-5+ years of sales and business development experience in account management within the Marine shipping & Oil and Gas industry preferred. Other experiences environmental field service operations or related.Strong knowledge of the Marine shipping & oil and gas industry.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.Experience / Knowledge in salesforce, teams, power points, word and excel spreadsheets.Strong teamwork, team player mentality, and ability to influence others to produce sustainability.Willingness to travel for growth and business development.Strong industry knowledge and networking.Valid driver's license.
