Overview
A national commercial real estate company is hiring a Real Estate Analystin South Carolina. This position will collaborate with local and national market experts and be responsible for market analysis, interpretation and reporting of key research insights across the state. Day travel to local markets required several times per quarter, mileage is reimbursed. This person ideally is located in Columbia, SC, but open to Greenville or Charleston markets for the right candidate.The ideal candidate has experience studying the makeup, distribution, and trends affecting commercial real estate; collects statistical property data; analyzes data to identify opportunities, and predicts future trends necessary to further the firm's thought leadership content.

This is a direct hire, full-time position that will be onsite.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with several key internal teams across the organization and act as a trusted resource to these teams
Analyze economic, demographic, and market data
Prepare market analyses across the state of SC
Tour prospective markets and meet with local officials
Create and deliver several market reports per quarter
Manage documentation
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required
Real estate experience preferred
Ability to travel (day trips within the state's major markets)
Ability to understand, interpret and analyze data
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organization
Benefits & Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000, based on experience (+ performance bonus)
