Job summary
Spectrum is looking for outgoing professionals to join their new residential outside sales team as Market Development Specialists.The job involves focusing on new construction communities, developing relationships with homebuilders and community groups, and acquiring new customers through various methods.The work schedule includes days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities
• Focus on new construction communities within assigned sales territory.• Develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups.• Acquire new customers through relationship building, community events, lead generation, prospecting, and door-to-door interactions.• Sell Spectrum's products at an exceptional value to customers.• Participate in sales meetings and training.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent education.• Effective communication, listening, relationship-building, and multi-tasking skills.• Willingness to learn about Spectrum's products and have sales conversations about technology.• Ability to work independently, be results-oriented, persuasive, have a positive attitude, and be resilient.• Daily outdoor travel in a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license.• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
