As a Residential Market Leader in Denver, you will lead our efforts across senior living, student housing, affordable housing, and market-rate housing sectors, building meaningful client relationships and advancing our firm's reputation as a leader in these vital markets. This position focuses on fostering and expanding client relationships, guiding strategic business development efforts, and leading high-performance teams committed to delivering innovative, community centered, and sustainable housing solutions. By integrating market expertise with a collaborative approach, you will help position our firm as a trusted partner in designing housing environments that enhance quality of life and foster vibrant communities.
\n What you will do:Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual goals for the Residential sector, develop actionable strategies, and contribute to financial objectives. Ensure that the Residential practice aligns with the firm's overall goals.Identify, pursue, and secure new clients while expanding opportunities with existing ones. Develop targeted strategies that align with firm-wide goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support top-line growth in the healthcare sector.Lead major project pursuits, managing teams to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. Ensure project scopes, budgets, and timelines align with client requirements and financial targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Act as an ambassador for the firm's brand and thought leader by representing our firm at industry events, speaking engagements, and professional organizations. Contribute to the advancement of healthcare design knowledge by promoting best practices, research, and innovative approaches that resonate with client and community needs.Serve as the primary relationship leader for key housing clients, overseeing project-specific work to ensure long-term satisfaction, trust, and repeat business. Engage in proactive and strategic conversations with clients, addressing their goals and delivering high-quality design solutions.Build, mentor, and guide a diverse and high-performing team, promoting collaboration and fostering professional growth within the healthcare practice. Champion an inclusive and supportive environment, inspiring emerging leaders and facilitating knowledge-sharing across teams.Facilitate and execute project agreements, review and align project budgets with success goals in collaboration with project leaders, lead and support front-end work and entitlements efforts, and build strong relationships with city leaders and local authorities.An Annual contracted sales goal is associated with this role. What we look for: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field and a license to practice Architecture or Interior Design.Minimum 15 years of AEC industry experience, with strong relationships in the Denver Area housing and development market.Proven expertise in entitlements, risk mitigation, and collaboration with developers, housing authorities, and senior living operators.Passion for housing and design, with a strategic growth mindset and a track record of driving business development.Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and deliver impactful presentations.Adept at guiding projects to success while maintaining excellence and minimizing risks.

Compensation provided is based on our national range which varies by work location and may also depend on accreditation, experience and responsibilities.
