As an Account Coordinator, you'll be the key contact for both our clients and internal teams. We're looking for someone who is proactive, positive, and passionate about helping others. You'll also be highly skilled in communication, offer great customer service, and have exceptional time management, and project management skills. You'll be responsible for several accounts, where you will commit to building long term relationships with clients, developing awesome marketing strategies, and collaborating with our design, Salesforce, Pardot, and development teams to execute on client projects. Responsibilities: Work directly with clients on Salesforce and Pardot marketing project requests, ensuring on-going client happiness and satisfaction Manage client project boards and ensure timely completion of projects Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect Handle client complaints and concerns with ease and grace Display empathy and emotional intelligence Collaborate with and clearly communicate clients' goals and needs with internal teams Maintain documentation of client sessions and processes Monitor client marketing analytics and make suggestions for improvement Create reports for clients as requested Requirements: 2+ years experience in account or project management High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented) Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Excellent time management skills and organizational skills Adaptable and excited about fast growth Passionate about helping people Ability to take initiative and make things happen Ability to solve problems quickly and think strategically Experience with task management tools, such as Asana Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Lucid Charts, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. are highly preferred Experience: Marketing: minimum of 1 year (Preferred) Account or Project Management: minimum of 2 years (Required) Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Ideally in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field. Personal Care Travel Reimbursement Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD
