MOD Delivery Account Manager / Logistics Coordinator Join our great and cohesive team responsible for rapidly expanding our unique Logistics 3PL. We founded MOD only in 2017 as a sister company to our very established asset-based white glove entity initially to serve a single client needing national distribution. By providing exceptional logistics solutions weve grown exponentially with clients and our carrier base servicing an array of products including high-end servers, office imaging, and medical equipment for clients across the U.S. & Canada. We specialize in white glove / final mile deliveries of high-value products and additionally offer FTL, LTL, relocation, and warehousing services. We need to expand our team to support our growth with another talented individual that meshes with our current team and clients, and that is ready for a new challenge. Job Description: Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of your portion of logistics jobs from quoting to scheduling, coordination with our carrier base and wrap up with the client Serve as first point of contact for our customers and service providers build trusted relationships, not just handling their transactions Anticipate and address issues and facilitate resolutions. We differentiate ourselves through our problem-solving mentality and success. Have a sense of urgency and great responsiveness, even as juggling multiple situations Be organized and accurate utilizing our company CRM platform to track jobs and tasks Logistics Coordinator Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills A natural problem-solver Excellent attention to detail Outstanding customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, and ability to learn our system quickly Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize duties in fast-paced environment Some logistics or supply chain experience required 3PL or final mile delivery industry experience a plus, especially if White Glove or similar complexity We work primarily remotely with limited travel, but ideally you would be Colorado-based (if not, some more travel would be required initially as you ramp up). The position is an additional member of our team and immediately available as soon as we find the right candidate (but we will also be patient to find the best person). Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000 per year base depending on experience.
