Job Description
Marketing and Communications Director
Support Salud's Mission by providing effective internal and external communication. Additionally, support fund development, special events, and marketing and communications efforts.
We offer:
Starting annual salary range - $77,177 to $88,735
Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm

Qualifications
Education:
Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in a Senior Marketing position, implementing and managing a successful marketing plan and communication platforms for at a minimum, medium-sized organization
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven extensive track record of successful marketing and public relations strategies
Knowledge of advanced software applications
Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, dynamic personality capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships
Excellent organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple, ongoing projects anticipatory of deadlines
Effective written, oral, and public speaking skills
Ability to lead long-range plans, business and marketing plans; and facilitate day-to-day operations
Ability to prioritize and manage program deliverables
High level of appreciation for and ability to conceptualize crucial stakeholder relationships
Must be able to work closely with executives and senior leadership
Ability to influence across organizational boundaries
Demonstrate leadership skills and supervision experience
Must be a self-motivated, pro-active, and independent worker
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
