We're looking for a versatile Marketing and Creative Specialist to join our team. This role combines creativity with organizational skills, supporting both design needs and marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in maintaining our visual identity, enhancing our online presence, and streamlining the marketing support process for our advisors.
\n What you'll do:Graphic Design: Design marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and digital ads. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Website Management: Update website content using HubSpot. Collaborate with the team to optimize website performance and user experience.Social Media Management: Manage the company's LinkedIn account, including creating and scheduling posts. Monitor engagement and provide insights for growth strategies.Copywriting & Content Creation: Write concise, compelling copy for social media, website updates, and marketing materials. Collaborate on email campaigns and other marketing communication efforts.Marketing Coordination: Manage marketing material requests from advisors and coordinate with the creative agency. Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.Support Marketing Operations: Assist with ideation and execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed. Track and report on campaign performance metrics. What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.o 2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or marketing.Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop).Experience with website CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, experience with HubSpot is a plus.Basic understanding of SEO and analytics tools is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
