DescriptionGreen Century Capital Management, Inc. administers the Green Century Funds, one of the first families of environmentally responsible and fossil fuel free mutual funds in the nation. We are adding a talented person to our marketing team to promote and market the funds to a broader audience.
Green Century's Marketing Associate will work closely with senior staff to devise and implement strategies for creatively marketing the Funds, focusing primarily on reaching individual investors through digital marketing, print marketing, event outreach and telephone inquiries. We are looking for a candidate with excellent writing abilities, exceptional people skills, a passion for environmentally responsible investing, a proven ability to juggle multiple projects, and a good-natured personality that will further contribute to the strength of our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage digital and print advertising strategies, including coordinating and evaluating direct mail.Plan and execute events, such as conferences.Oversee interactions with investors and prospective investors who call or email us with questions. Manage fulfillment of materials to prospective investors who request information.Create high-quality external content materials with a focus on digital and print advertisements, mailer materials and event merchandise. Work with senior staff to create slide presentations for speaking engagements.Manage relationships with vendors.Submit, track, and ensure marketing materials are compliant with SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and securities regulations on a third-party platform.Track, analyze and report on marketing data to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven advertising decisions. Manage routines that add marketing names to the company's CRM. Contribute to monthly marketing reports.Other responsibilities as assigned.This position requires exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions in matters of significance.

The starting compensation range for someone with 2-5 years of relevant experience for this position is $37,000-$41,000. Candidates at the lower end of directly relevant experience should expect to be on the lower end of this range; candidates on the higher end of relevant experience are likely to be on the higher end of this range. Green Century offers an excellent benefits package.
