Marketing Associate

McKinley Marketing Partner's client is looking for a marketing associate to join their team.
The marketing associate will support the senior marketing manager by executing marketing strategies.
This position operates on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite; can be flexible occassionally).
Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Lorton, VA. Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media)Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media postsHelp manage social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metricsCollaborate with team members to develop creative ideas and strategies for marketing projectsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in marketing and graphic designStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software/tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite)Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
