Job description:
As a Marketing Associate at Avnet, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Los Angeles, California, and play a key role in helping to drive the company's marketing initiatives. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing and is looking to gain valuable experience in the field.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote Avnet's products and services- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels including social media, email, and website- Assist in the planning and execution of events and trade shows- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement- Support the marketing team in any other tasks as needed
Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a passion for marketing is a must- Strong negotiation skills and creativity- Resourceful and able to think outside the box- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
