Position Summary
Under the direction of Digital Marketing Manager and in collaboration with Marketing Managers, the Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies to support nurturing campaigns.
The incumbent will develop and implement marketing automation strategies to nurture leads, drive conversions, and optimize the student journey. The Marketing Automation Manager will build and manage automated email campaigns, workflows, lead segmentation and lead scoring models to deliver personalized and timely communications to prospective and current students based on demographic and behavioral data. The Marketing Automation Manager will also monitor and analyze key metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Salary & Compensation
*UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common. Qualifications 3 - 5 years Experience using Marketo marketing automation platform to set-up landing pages and email nuture compaigns. (Required) Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices, triggered campaigns, email testing and optimizing performance. (Required) Thorough understanding of landing page and user experience optimization for automated communication campaigns (Required) Thoroughly skilled in creating complex campaign flows, smart lists, and custom tokens. (Required) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. (Required) Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic programming concepts. (Preferred) Thorough knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM (Preferred)
Education, Licenses, Certifications & Personal Affiliations Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training. (Required)
