Job Description:
As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you'll be a key player in our global sales support team. Your role involves coordinating and executing social media campaigns, marketing communications, and event logistics. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our worldwide growth!
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Leadership: Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content Development: Aid in creating marketing collateral and promotional materials to support event objectives and partner initiatives.
Event Planning: Collaborate on planning and executing marketing events such as conferences, webinars, seminars, and product launches.
Logistics Management: Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual setup, and coordination of all related services.
Marketing Communication: Assist in developing communication strategies, including email campaigns, social media promotion, and press releases related to events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure messaging and branding consistency.
Travel: Occasional travel to events and partners as needed (no more than 10%).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Previous experience in social media and marketing support preferred (5+ years).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
CRM / Zoho experience a plus.
