Role Overview The PDI-Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns and projects. The role includes coordinating marketing activities, tracking project timelines, and ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule. This position works closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns across various channels, manage content calendars, and assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials. Additionally, the coordinator monitors the performance of marketing campaigns, provides insights, and supports reporting efforts.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesApply brand guidelines and templates to ensure alignment and positioningProvide day-to-day support for advertising, promotions, and other marketing campaignsContribute to the development and delivery of marketing communications across all media to support business objectivesSupport the collection of customer and market data to assess marketing campaign effectiveness and improve future strategiesManage content calendars and coordinate activities for campaign executionAssist with project management tasks to ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and meet organizational goalsDevelop personal capabilities through training, coaching, and staying updated with industry best practices QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience4–6 months of general office or operational systems experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Basic skills in brand management and developmentIntermediate proficiency in verbal communication for presentations, meetings, and written correspondenceBasic ability to manage and utilize media channels for brand promotionIntermediate skills in campaign management, including planning and measuring audience-targeted initiativesFamiliarity with marketing data collection and analysis for strategy evaluation Preferred QualificationsBasic familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools preferred Behavioral CompetenciesPlans and Aligns: Effectively prioritizes tasks and aligns them with organizational goalsCollaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively to achieve shared objectivesEnsures Accountability: Holds self and others accountable for meeting commitmentsCommunicates Effectively: Delivers clear, concise, and audience-specific communication across various platformsManages Ambiguity: Operates effectively in uncertain or unclear situations
