Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator will support the Head of Marketing by managing daily marketing activities, coordinating projects, and helping with the execution of campaigns aimed at expanding our brand's presence and engagement on platforms like Instagram and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about contributing to a fast-growing dental laboratory. Responsibilities Campaign Management : Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially social media (Instagram), email, and web. Content Creation and Coordination : Collaborate on content planning, including social media posts, newsletters, and blog articles. Oversee content scheduling to ensure timely and consistent posting. Social Media Engagement : Increase engagement on Instagram by monitoring, responding to comments, and interacting with potential clients. Work to grow our follower base and create engaging posts that align with our brand's aesthetics. Project Coordination : Help manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for various marketing projects. Ensure all tasks are on schedule and assist with communication across teams or vendors. Graphic Design Assistance : Utilize basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) to create or update social media graphics, email headers, and other marketing materials as needed. Market Research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience interests to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Data Tracking and Analysis : Track metrics such as social media engagement, website traffic, and email performance to measure the success of campaigns and suggest optimizations. Email Marketing Support : Assist with drafting and scheduling newsletters, segmenting email lists, and managing email automation workflows. Content Scheduling and Management : Use scheduling tools to ensure that social media posts, email newsletters, and other marketing content go out at optimal times. Event Coordination Support : Assist in planning and organizing any dental trade shows or client events, including coordinating materials, logistics, and follow-up communication. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. Basic knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and experience in creating graphics for social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and experience in creating email newsletters. Basic understanding of SEO, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and data analysis is a plus.
