We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role will focus on event logistics, content execution, brand asset management, and marketing operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns and events while maintaining the efficiency of our marketing processes.
\n What you will doThis role will provide support in each of these key areas: event support, content and campaigns, brand assets and documentationCoordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and shipping materialsDevelop and manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure on-time executionOversee inventory and delivery of promotional materials, booth setups, and on-site coordinationSupport post-event tasks, including gathering feedback, summarizing results, and assisting with follow-upsMonitor event budgets and provide ROI reports to the teamProofread, format, and upload blog posts, case studies, and videos to content management systems (CMS) and social media platformsMaintain the content calendar and assist with coordinating deadlinesOrganize and distribute content assets to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a centralized library of brand assets, ensuring consistency and accessibilityCoordinate with vendors for production and printing of marketing collateralEnforce brand guidelines across all marketing activitiesManage and update a library of PowerPoint templates, marketing decks, and presentation materialsTailor presentations to specific audiences, ensuring alignment with brand standardsTrack and report on campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metricsOrganize internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-upsSupport administrative tasks like data entry and tracking marketing collateral What skills and experience you bringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field1-3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in B2B or ad tech industriesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with CMS platforms and basic design tools is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-Oriented: You notice the small things and strive for accuracy in every taskOrganized: You can juggle multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothlyProactive: You take initiative and solve problems without waiting for directionTeam-Oriented: You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a group's successCreative Thinker: You bring fresh ideas to the tableReliable: You follow through on commitments and can be counted on to deliver high-quality work on timeAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities and can manage last minute requests
