The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day tasks of managing the affiliate marketing programs for both Blick Art Materials and Utrecht Art Supplies. The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships with affiliate partners, have a familiarity with communicating program performance to affiliate manager, and be self-motivated to further the success of both affiliate programs. This candidate would also be responsible for monitoring competition and system set-ups for marketing operations. Responsibilities: Manage affiliate programs on both Commission Junction and ShareASale platforms for both Blick and Utrecht. Manage site offers including monitoring competitor promotions and setting up homepage and flyer offers. Analyze weekly performance of both affiliate programs with the ability to spot gaps and provide unique insights and recommendations. Review and accept/decline new affiliate applications. Identify and recruit new content affiliate partners. Onboard and support new and existing partners within each program. Create and maintain external communication with our affiliates. Compile reports on daily sales, order changes, and overall program performance. Have a comfort with data, reporting, and performance analysis. Monitor affiliate account balances and request funds based on monthly and annual budgets. Stay up to date with the latest affiliate changes and best practices. Coordinate contract agreements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additional marketing projects as assigned – such as maintain vendor report, manage the marketing requests email inbox, and management of coupons. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, particularly Microsoft Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in-person and via video/email. Ability to build relationships across internal and external audiences at all levels. Interest in or knowledge of the arts, art education, or art materials a plus.
