Role Overview:
As a Specialist in Campaign Management, you'll be instrumental in executing day-to-day creator strategies and campaign execution. Your role involves ensuring the quality and integrity of content aligns with our approved standards for Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate possesses meticulous attention to detail and robust communication skills. You'll support the campaign management team in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, utilizing our proprietary technology to connect top brands with our extensive network of influencers. With a passion for social media, you'll manage influencers from sourcing and pitching to clients, to the day-to-day management of creators throughout the execution lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the overall success of our social campaigns
Develop and execute creator strategies tailored to campaigns and introduce new success metrics
Liaise between the campaign management team and other key internal groups to meet client needs
Strategically identify creators across various niches for participation in campaigns
Utilize data and insights to recommend creators to clients, maximizing ROI and achieving brand/client KPIs
Manage the vetting process for talent to ensure alignment with brand safety and campaign-specific criteria
Oversee influencer casting, negotiation, contracting, and content management across different brand campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in digital, advertising, or influencer marketing
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in major social platforms and online performance tracking tools
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with on-site or experiential influencer events
Passion for social media and/or influencer marketing
Experience at a marketing-tech or media startup
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $80,000
