Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Director of Sales in executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive patient engagement and clinic growth.
This role involves managing video and creative projects, overseeing our internal inventory of marketing materials, and monitoring the performance of all marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CMO and Director of Sales to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our clinic network's goals and objectives.Manage the execution of video and creative projects, ensuring high-quality content that effectively promotes our services and brand.Oversee the production, distribution, and inventory management of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, promotional items, and digital assets.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing projects.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.Assist in the planning and execution of events, workshops, and community outreach programs to promote our clinics and services.Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and ROI to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and creative projects from concept to completion.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for staying current with marketing trends.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.Knowledge of orthopedic services and medical terminology is a plus.
