We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and manage our pharmaceutical marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
\n ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.Create annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Campaign Management:Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email, events, etc.).Monitor campaign performance, track ROI, and adjust tactics to optimize results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.Brand Management:Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing platforms and materials.Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals.Develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.Content Creation:Oversee content development for various channels (websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters).Collaborate with content creators or agencies to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior.Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.Use analytics tools to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.Customer Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.Leverage customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies and initiatives.Team Collaboration & Leadership:Lead and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals to execute strategies and achieve business objectives.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.Experience in pharmaceuticals, health industry, or supplements preferred, not required.Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Strong analytical skills
