ABOUT THE ROLE Role Summary: As a Marketing Designer at Sortly, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across all marketing channels. You'll be responsible for creating a wide range of compelling marketing materials, from digital ads and social media graphics to email templates and landing pages. Collaborating closely with the marketing and product teams, you will develop and execute creative concepts that align with our campaign goals and resonate with our target audience. Your designs will not only capture attention but also drive user engagement and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
In this role, you will also be a key player in maintaining and evolving Sortly's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints while exploring new and innovative ways to express our brand. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from initial concept through to final execution, and will have the opportunity to contribute to broader strategic initiatives that impact the company's growth. Your ability to balance creativity with performance-driven design will be essential as you help to elevate Sortly's presence in the market.

Your role as a Marketing Designer at Sortly will be instrumental in driving the visual identity of our brand across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact in all marketing efforts.
You have Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or tech environment.Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various media.Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (or Sketch).Knowledge of animation and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Interest in product design and a willingness to learn and grow in this area.Experience working empathetically and collaboratively across different teams and disciplines.
