Key Responsibilities
Material Development and Adaptation: Lead the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, including training on approved materials.
Omnichannel Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all channels. Drive digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts to support overarching objectives.
Insight Gathering Activities: Facilitate advisory boards and market research initiatives to gather valuable insights from key stakeholders. Analyze findings to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Launch Meeting and Speaker Training: Plan and execute product launch meetings and speaker training sessions, ensuring effective communication of key messages.
Commercial Congress Engagement: Lead the planning and execution of commercial congresses and industry events, collaborating cross-functionally for maximum impact.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
8-10 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
Experience in oncology, rare diseases, or cell therapy preferred.
Proven track record in omnichannel marketing strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
