The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance Liatrio's brand presence, drive demand generation, and support the company's growth objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker, who enjoys both working alongside the team and providing executives with guidance, with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the technology and consulting sectors. This role will report to the CRO and join our existing team of two.
Job Description/ResponsibilityStrategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with Liatrio's business goals. Identify market opportunities and set clear, measurable objectives for marketing initiatives.Brand Management: Elevate Liatrio's brand presence through consistent messaging and visual identity. Oversee the creation of compelling content that communicates our value proposition.Demand Generation: Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract and convert leads. Leverage digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and events to drive pipeline growth.Content Strategy: Develop a robust content strategy that includes thought leadership articles, case studies, white papers, and webinars. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce high-quality, relevant content.Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and strategic recommendations.Education RequirementsBachelor/ Honors(Bachelor Degree in any Discipline) completed.Experience RequirementsNo experience is required.
Skills RequirementsProven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, including: digital, thought leadership, events, PR, communications, content, and partnerships.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).Experience with Google Workspace tools, Adobe Creative Suite (exp.
