Job Description Job Description Service Champions is seeking a dynamic Marketing Events Specialist to represent Service Champions at Industry Tradeshows and out in the community.
The successful candidate will be the face of our company, responsible for promoting our services, engaging with the community, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Your goal is to generate leads, increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement through various marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities: Promote the Brand: Act as the public face of Service Champions, representing our values, services, and quality standards at community events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
Engage with the Community: Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community organizations to promote our air conditioning & plumbing services at tradeshows and events.
Represent at Events: Research, plan, execute and attend appropriate local or community events ensuring our brand is well-represented and remembered.
Educate Potential Customers : Explain the benefits of our services to potential customers, answer questions, and address concerns to generate leads.
Create and Manage Social Media for the brand by creating content with our technicians out in the field, our company events, our tradeshows, & other applicable events for the brand.
Social Media Engagement: Actively participate in the company's social media platforms by posting updates, responding to comments, and sharing content related to our services.
Customer Feedback : Collect and report customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams to help improve service offerings.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field preferred but not required.
3 years of experience in social media marketing, event representation or a similar role.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with a diverse range of people in a friendly and professional manner.
Outgoing Personality: Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident when interacting with the public.
Adaptability: Ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations while representing the brand.
Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry marketing materials, and attend outdoor events.
Standing/Walking up to 8 hours per day at Tradeshows/Events.
Speaking and hearing ability; heavy communication through talking and listening to clients, vendors, and stakeholders directly as well as through telephone conversations to resolve issues.
May lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
