Your role As a Marketing Growth Hacker, you will:
Identify and develop new customer acquisition channels to grow Inyova's customer base. Work hands-on to execute growth initiatives, supported by the Marketing team when needed. Experiment with conventional (e.g., partnerships) and unconventional approaches (e.g., hyper-local marketing) to drive customer acquisition while staying aligned with Inyova's strategy. Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns, track customer acquisition costs, and improve payback periods. Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to align strategies and prioritise growth initiatives. Your profile As part of our team, you bring:
A proven track record in business development or growth marketing, with a knack for acquiring new customers through multiple and creative channels. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tracking performance and making data-driven decisions to optimise strategies. A business development mindset, paired with grit, resilience, and adaptability to experiment and iterate. The ability to work independently and autonomously while staying aligned with the team through frequent collaboration. Bonus skills: Proficiency in performance marketing tools like Google Ads and Meta. Passion for sustainability and a strong alignment with Inyova's values and mission.
