About the RoleWe are seeking a visionary and driven Marketing Lead to shape and grow our brand from the ground up. As our first marketing hire, you'll own the function end-to-end– developing and executing a strategy that drives product adoption, grows our brand, and solidifies our position in the market. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-driven, and excited to lay the groundwork for content, product, and brand marketing as we scale rapidly.

What You'll DoLead product marketing efforts, refining the positioning and messaging of Alice, Jordan and our future products.Be the guardian of our branding, developing and refining our brand strategy and marketing materials to external stakeholders.Create and manage a content engine that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales conversions through a variety of formats (blogs, videos, case studies, etc).Own and enhance our website, taking it one step further with customer testimonials, case studies, employee highlights, etc.About You3+ YoE in product and/or content marketing, ideally within high-growth startups or tech companies.You're equally skilled in strategy and execution, comfortable with everything from creating brand strategy to writing content.You have excellent storytelling and writing skills, with an ability to turn complex ideas into engaging and accessible content to audiences.You can navigate ambiguity confidently, making quick, informed decisions and adjusting as the company evolves.You have a 'no task is too big or too small' mindset and will roll up your sleeve to get the job done.You're highly entrepreneurial with a passion for experimenting and iterating on new ideas to find what works.11x is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.
