We are looking for a talented Manager of Recruitment Marketing to drive brand awareness, social engagement, and lead generation to attract, engage and hire the best candidates. You will promote the value of working for Hyatt through storytelling, and you know how to reach and engage your target audiences. You operate strategically about channels and messaging, can roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns and programs, and can track and measure results.
How you'll make an impact:
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR leaders to develop strategies to meet current and future hiring needs for the Americas
• Amplify the EVP and employer brand internally and externally
• Recommend and support diversity recruitment marketing campaigns
• Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience
• Audit and optimize the career website and other career and branding sites
• Support new markets with market research and employer branding plan
• Define target candidate personas and engage brand followers
• Create and curate content, marketing materials, tools and guides and manage marketing calendar
• Support Emerging Markets with market research and employer branding plan
• Build a talent network/ talent community
• Track, measure, and report on campaign results
The Ideal Candidate:
As an ideal candidate, you understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value of working at Hyatt both authentically and transparently. You're a great marketer and writer, and can create content from blogs to emails to videos yourself as well as enlist internal and external content creators. You develop a deep understanding of your target audience to ensure your messaging hits home. You've organized campaigns, programs and events from strategy to execution that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. You've built pipelines of potential candidates, that stay engaged with your content.
Qualifications:
• 4+ year's experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• 2+ years experience with recruitment marketing
• Excellent communication, writing, and influencing skills
• A collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and able to prioritize and manage workload
