We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies across all channels and initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong marketing background who is passionate about delivering creative and effective campaigns.
Support the execution of TEN's marketing strategy in alignment with business objectives, with a focus on the US market.
Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms to promote TEN's services and products.
Collaborate with the content and design team members to produce compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, and blog articles.
Work with the Marketing Director to support the launch and expansion of TEN sub-brands and products.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to help refine marketing strategies.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for sales teams, using tools like SEO, PPC, email marketing, and events.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs. Use insights to optimize future campaigns.
Assist with managing the marketing budget for the US and ensure effective resource allocation.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
5-7 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally with the logistics, transportation, or B2B sector.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive marketing success.
