The candidate has a degree in business/marketing with exemplary project management skills, creative story-telling abilities to be able to craft clear, concise, and compelling results-oriented briefs Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages the Onboard Marketing for assigned Maritime Operations cruise lines and resort properties, executing annual marketing plan and marketing projects, including spa brochures, menus, price lists, promotional materials, banners, posters, digital signage and video contentIdentify business opportunities with cruise and resort partners while preserving brand guidelines and requirements, maintaining strong relationships to foster collaboration and mutual success. Develops campaigns with Cruise Line partners and cross-functional teams to market the spa pre-cruise, onboard and post cruise to meet yearly revenue goalsExecute each Cruise Line's annual marketing plan in consultation with Cruise Line brand Director of Spa Operations, and/or Modality Department DirectorsCraft and develop comprehensive project/creative briefs that provide clear direction on content and product information for ad agencies, graphic designers and print production team for each marketing campaignServe as the liaison alongside the Director of Spa Operations between the Marketing Department and Cruise Line on the tactical campaigns, creative and promotional plansWork with department directors to introduce tactical initiatives, activations and seminars that strengthen and support the marketing strategy and drive guest acquisition.Launch new products and services for each Cruise Line brand and Modality DepartmentManage new content requests and schedules for each Cruise Line's Marketing PlanPrepare presentations supporting marketing initiatives for assigned Cruise Lines Maintain frequent, active engagement with Cruise Lines to verify alignment, pull-through, and two-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to initiativesVerify all spa marketing is in alignment with brand voice and all collateral is as per brand standard guidelines Work with traffic manager to keep each creative job on budget and timely delivery for each Cruise LineAttend meetings and training as required by management•Other duties as assignedFinancial Responsibilities QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing/business, communications or similar.A minimum of five (5-7) years of experience in Marketing, Integrated Communications, or related BusinessA minimum of two (2) years of managerial experienceProven project management and creative acumenSpa, Health and Wellness and Travel/Cruise experience a plus Knowledge and SkillsStrong content writing/editing skillsAbility to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professional with stakeholders and senior leadership.Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage time and prioritize work autonomously.Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed objectives.Positive attitude, professional demeanor and adaptable to a changing environment and timelinesAbility to provide and execute creative solutions to challengesBenefits OfferedPaid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Insurance Healthcare spending or reimbursement accounts – HSAs & FSAs Match 401K A variety of ancillary benefits Product & services discounts Style And Culture Nurture Employees
