Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a some understanding of the insurance industry and possess excellent digital marketing skills, including SEO strategies. However, we are open to hiring a Marketing Manager willing to learn the Insurance industry. This is an on-site position where you will be responsible for managing a marketing team of 3 individuals and overseeing various marketing projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email, paid ads, webinars, blogs, social media, videos, and press releases.
Generate high-quality content and innovative ideas to engage our target audience.
Utilize project management tools such as ClickUP to organize and track marketing projects and team activities.
Communicate effectively with team members (onshore and offshore) and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent writing skills.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm with ½ hour lunch
