We are hiring a MARKETING MANAGER with 5-10 years of experience in marketing and business development in the A/E/C or related industry. With direction from a regional Senior Marketing Manager, you will also have the opportunity to work with skilled marketing team members located throughout AMT's geographic footprint. \n ResponsibilitiesMarketing Pursuit Activities (75-85%)Participating in pursuit strategy, proposal planning and preparation, and reviewsManaging and implementing proposal development processes Knowing production processes in order to develop, produce and deliver proposals on timeHandling multiple assignments and working within deadlinesEnsuring data capture and entry for regularly populating the marketing database and tracking opportunities Being a team player and providing excellent internal and external client service Other desirable skills include being able to efficiently research potential projects and clients, effectively write/edit technical text, employ knowledge of design/graphic principles, plan creatively for trade events, and market using the web and social media. Additional Activities (15-25%)Monitoring selected organizations' plans and activities and facilitating the firm's outreach or involvement, as appropriateForming and cultivating relationships with external and internal contacts regarding potential contracts/projects, teaming opportunities, and the likeRepresenting the firm as appropriate at selected events and attending events and functions where prospective clients may be introduced to the firm QualificationsBachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, journalism, communications or similarMinimum 5 years of Marketing and proposal development experience (preferably for A/E/C or a professional services industry) Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time Excellent oral and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign is key for this position that is largely focused on proposal and marketing qualifications development as well as graphics support for promotional and project deliverables. Experience with Deltek Vision, Adobe Photoshop, and/or OpenAsset are pluses.
