The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and business growth.

We enable pharmacy care. Responsibilities Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Create marketing plans that target key audiences including patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders. Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.
). Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Content Creation: Oversee the development of engaging and informative content for various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, etc.
). Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand messaging and regulatory requirements. Manage the creation of patient education materials and other healthcare-related content. Digital Marketing: Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. Utilize SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and engagement. Track and report on digital marketing metrics to assess effectiveness and ROI. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and community organizations. Plan and execute events, webinars, and other engagement activities. Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. Monitor brand perception and take corrective actions as needed. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track expenditures and provide regular reports on budget performance. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and insights to optimize content strategies and improve engagement and conversion ratesServe as a brand ambassador by maintaining a deep understanding of our organization's mission, values, and goals, and effectively communicating them through all marketing communications. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a healthcare-related role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Enthusiastic team player with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including executives and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop and Illustrator and/or InDesign is a plus.
