Job Summary: Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and enhancing the systems, data and processes that enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively. We help the Sales, Marketing, and Support teams track and deliver against operating goals, design and implement key cross-functional initiatives, perform root cause analysis to diagnose challenges, and build / maintain the core GTM systems these teams use to collaborate and succeed every day.   This role is responsible for building dynamic and automated marketing programs to drive efficiency and scalability while having a significant impact on overall company growth and revenue. This role requires having an experience working across a variety of marketing technologies and systems to develop processes that drive leads, improve customer experience, increase engagement and optimize workflows.   This role reports to the Director of Marketing Technology and Operations and is fully remote anywhere in the United States. 
\n Essential FunctionsOwn the day-to-day management of the marketing operations tech stack, supporting the implementation of new processes and technologies to enhance marketing operations scalability Ensure our marketing database is accurate and properly segmented, maintain data hygiene, and align with the overall go-to-market strategy Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to maintain and optimize our lead lifecycle and scoring processes to increase qualified lead flow Create, track, and manage lead and activity workflow automation from HubSpot to Salesforce to ensure Marketing delivers contributions to Sales pipeline Ensure quality and integrity by creating, documenting, and measuring lead generation automation workflows, QA processes, and SLAs across the entire lead lifecycle process Optimize marketing automation to ensure seamless data flow among our systems and platforms Collaborate with the Marketing team on the ideation, implementation, and measurement of omnichannel nurture strategies across the entire prospect-to-customer journey Develop and operate reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into campaign performance   Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience in a Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Marketing Technology role, preferably in B2B SaaSExpert-level experience in HubSpot, including familiarity with system administration and managing system integrationsFamiliarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and how they integrate with marketing platformsStrong understanding of email marketing, segmentation, and data managementExceptional organizational and cross-functional leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Deep analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issuesProactive team player with a positive attitude who adapts well to changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration, and can pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines Preferred QualificationsExperience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI preferred Working Environment/Physical DemandsWorking Environment:Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed 10% travel.Physical Demands:Activities require a significant amount of work in front of a computer monitor Total RewardsGenerous annual bonus opportunity401(k) with Employer MatchFlexible Time Off: take time off when you need it without worrying about available hours10 paid holidays + 1 floating holidayVolunteer Time OffInsurance: Choice of Medical, Dental, and Vision plansHealth Savings Account with employer matchFlexible Spending Account100% Company-Paid Parental leave100% Company-Paid Life Insurance and Short/Long Term Disability InsuranceiCREATE Employee Recognition ProgramWellness Program including discounts on medical premiumsEmployee Assistance Program with free counseling sessions availableCorporate Discounts on Retail, Travel, and EntertainmentPet Insurance options
