About the role We are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations partner to take the lead in ensuring our marketing systems are efficient, data-driven, and ready to scale. This role is crucial in enhancing our marketing and go-to-market (GTM) processes and in scaling our growth engine.
Reporting to our Vice President of Marketing, you'll be the key player in our overall marketing strategy by helping streamline our current tech stack and build it out as the team and needs grow. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of driving operational excellence across our marketing technology stack, from automation to analytics, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns that generate impactful results.
As the marketing operations partner, you'll love digging into advanced marketing automation functionality including managing a system of nurture tracks, ensuring proper data flows between various systems, and troubleshooting issues as they arise in order to provide the programs, data and analysis needed to run—and grow–Seqera's business.
What You'll Do Own the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, Common Room, Mutiny and more while working closely with SalesOps, Analytics and more to ensure alignment across the GTM funnel.Execute and refine marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools.Analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate marketing performance.Ensure leads are properly routed, attributed to related campaigns, and that we have a consistent processes and data flow between sales and marketing.Help define and implement lead qualification and scoring, and marketing attribution models.Build audience segmentation to help ensure marketing delivers the right message, to the right audience, at the right time / stage.Support the sales development team by ensuring leads are properly routed and attributed to related campaigns with any actionable data.Establish and implement best practices for data management and hygiene.Identify and implement improvements in marketing automation processes and systems.About you You are motivated by helping others succeed. When things break - and they will - you are eager and able to help fix things. You like thinking of ways to improve efficiency or bring delight to the people you work with.
4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
Proven expertise in working with marketing automation tools, including Hubspot, as well as how Hubspot integrates with CRMs including Salesforce.
Exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience with marketing data.
Strong project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Nice to have: Proficiency with SQL-based analytics tools (ex: Superset)
Experience managing and/or integrating broader GTM-related tools and systems including for Sales, customer support, etc.
