Nimble is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing processes, tools, and data management to drive successful campaigns and enhance overall marketing performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly and effectively.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will: Execute manual and automated programs for outbound communication channels (email, SMS, and push)
Monitor and report on engagement metrics (opens, clicks, click-to-open rates) and channel health metrics (opt-outs, bounces)
Analyze the performance of communication channels and campaigns across customer segments and lifecycle stages
Optimize technical processes for maximum operational efficiency
Ensure deliverability of email and SMS
Conduct coding and QA in an enterprise-level ESP
Establish strong collaborative relationships with Lifecycle Marketing and cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders
What you bring: 3-5+ years' experience in a Marketing Operations role
Track record of building successful multi-channel, multi-touch programs from scratch
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven
Knowledge of Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Klaviyo, etc.)
Experience with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, Kibana, Elastic, etc.)
Preferred: Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement
Bachelor's degree
