As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our processes using HubSpot.
You'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reporting on key metrics, and supporting our marketing, sales, and operations teams in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities: HubSpot Management: Configure and manage HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub to align with business objectivesDevelop and maintain HubSpot workflows, sequences, landing pages, and email templatesEnsure data integrity and accuracy within the HubSpot database Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and analyze key metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of marketing ops initiatives, including automations and campaignsCreate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to the marketing, customers success, sales, operations, and leadership teamsIdentify areas for improvement and optimize marketing operations strategies based on data analysisImplement and manage data segmentation strategies to enable targeted and personalized marketing efforts Process Optimization: Understand the goals of the business and streamline HubSpot processes to improve efficiency and productivity accordinglyImplement best practices for lead management, nurturing, and scoringConduct A/B testing to refine email strategy and improve engagement metricsCollaborate with business development and customer experience teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and ensure seamless data flow Marketing and Operations Technology: Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilitiesIntegrate HubSpot with other tools and systems Team Support: Act as a subject matter expert on HubSpot and marketing operationsProvide support, training, and guidance to the TradeTrax team on data management, reporting, and process optimizationDocument and manage internal best practices for the company's HubSpot usageTroubleshoot and address technical HubSpot issues promptly, including customization requests Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar roleProven expertise in HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Sales HubExperience with WordPress and marketing automation toolsStrong critical thinking skills, ability to interpret data, and attention to detailExcellent project management and organizational skills while balancing multiple priorities concurrentlyCapacity to break down complex information in a clear, concise manner Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teamOwnership mentality and hungry to make an impact at a growing companyCopywriting experience is a huge plus If you are a passionate and detail-oriented marketing operations professional looking to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.
