We're seeking a Marketing Production Professional 2 to join our dynamic team remotely from anywhere in the US. In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our expanding Medicaid line of business, providing essential insurance and care options primarily to low-income individuals, families, and those with disabilities. As Medicaid marketing is regulated on a state-by-state basis, you'll need a solid grasp of the applicable regulations governing marketing efforts in each state where we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on the development and execution of campaigns, spanning traditional and digital marketing channels.
Review and refine marketing strategies tailored to our Medicaid audience, ensuring effectiveness and appropriateness.
Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with regulations, meet deadlines, and stay within budget constraints.
Support Senior Professionals in launching new markets, managing member and provider communications, conducting internal and external reviews, tracking metrics, compiling state updates, and assisting with research projects.
Your Impactful Skills:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience in business, marketing strategy, project management, digital marketing, or media marketing.
Strong project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.
Preferred:
Experience in reviewing and communicating marketing metrics.
Background in the healthcare industry.
Previous experience in a marketing/advertising agency.
