Marketing Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Manager to oversee and manage various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, content creation, and campaign management, with a knack for driving projects from inception to completion.

Contract Duration: 6-Months

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in marketing operations, program management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills & Experience Experience with onchain content marketing and blockchain technology is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities Manage and execute day-to-day marketing operations.
Ensure accurate and timely entries into our vendor expense report tool.
Follow up with partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure project alignment.
Coordinate and execute email campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor weekly trending topics and provide actionable insights and reporting.
Prepare monthly recaps and reports on marketing performance and initiatives.
Assist with the setup and configuration of marketing programs.
Develop and distribute product announcement cards to promote new features or products.
Organize and manage product contests to engage the community and drive user interaction.
Coordinate gallery contests and other creative competitions to showcase user-generated content.
Oversee the design and production of promotional materials, including logo remixes and T-shirt designs.
