PURPOSE: To support the vision and mission of World Renew and the Marketing Communications team, this position project manages and conceptualizes, plans, implements, and evaluates marketing and communications campaigns to increase constituent engagement and financial support. Successful candidates will excel at building and maintaining healthy working relationships with Content Specialist and Digital Marketing staff members and internal and external stakeholders, as well as project managing a variety of marketing, communications, and fundraising campaigns.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project manage and conceptualize, implement, and evaluate World Renew's annual cross-channel gift catalog campaign including the print and digital catalog, and promotional resources Project manage and conceptualize, plan, and implement World Renew's annual ministry report campaign across print and digital formats Project manage and plan, produce, and implement communications, marketing, and fundraising campaigns and articles for World Renew's mass US audiences. Specifically, project manage campaigns and content for mass audiences about World Renew's Disaster Response Services and international disaster response program, facilitating fundraising revenue, donor acquisition, and volunteer lead acquisitions Plan, project manage, collect, and upload video, photo, and story assets, contracting with videographers and photojournalists, and coordinating with international staff Manage and grow World Renew's US media relationships and contacts, collaborating with Content Specialist to distribute press content; identify key bloggers and journalists to pitch stories to; utilize media relations online tools to maximize outlet coverage Pitch feature and news stories for key Christian publications such as The Banner, Sojourners Magazine, and Christianity Today Perform other duties as assigned; there are also opportunities to provide written content opportunities and workload allows KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
Able to respect and support the mission, vision and values of World Renew Committed to Christ and able to recognize this position as one that contributes to the work of God's Kingdom Demonstrated excellent project and task management skills Demonstrated oral communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with content specialists, digital marketing specialists, videographers, or photojournalists strongly preferred Disciplined, self-motivated work style with the ability to grasp ideas quickly, and work successfully both independently and as part of a team Familiar with Microsoft suite and tools EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, communications, public relations or related field required; candidates without a Bachelor's degree may be considered if they have significant applicable experience Minimum five years of work experience in marketing, communications, or a related field required; minimum two years of project management experience required Knowledge of international disaster response and development or social justice an asset LANGUAGE SKILLS: Proficiency in the use of the English language required; Spanish or Korean language fluency desired
