Position Summary PMA Consultants seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to play a critical role in supporting our national growth strategy across all business sectors, including capital improvement programs, transportation, energy, water infrastructure, government and public facilities, education, healthcare, hospitality, and private corporations. This position is a vital Marketing team member, contributing to developing winning proposals while upholding company standards. The role requires exceptional project management, communication, coordination skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. \n Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the proposal development process by establishing schedules, analyzing requirements, setting up kick-off meetings, maintaining accurate records, coordinating proposal sections (written and graphic), reviewing content, and overseeing production and delivery.Maintain marketing databases and facilitate CRM software to improve collaboration and information sharing between operations and marketing teams.Support client managers in market research and analysis of opportunities, clients, projects, and competitors.Identify and monitor local professional organizations for relevant events, coordinating PMA's participation as appropriate.Guide the development and execution of go/no-go decision-making, planning, and win strategies.Develop presentations and assist in interview preparation.Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal-related inquiries, clarifications, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and maintain support material such as content, resumes, project sheets, images, and testimonials.Support marketing initiatives involving communication, social media, and content creation.Collaborate across internal teams to obtain/exchange information. Position QualificationsBachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of related proposal experience, preferably within the A/E/C (Architecture / Engineering / Construction) industry.Experience using CRM software for opportunity tracking as part of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.Experience with federal proposal submissions is a plus.Experience developing corporate communication and content marketing strategies.Proficiency in coordinating, writing, editing, and finalizing proposals.Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage tight deadlines while working with a team.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Familiarity with graphical applications such as Adobe Pro, InDesign, and Photoshop.
\nAdditional Requirements Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen.
Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; and ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form.
