Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel booking process.• Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.• Utilize marketing skills to promote exclusive travel packages and special offers to prospective clients.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences and anticipating their needs.• Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.• Collaborate with a team of fellow Remote Travel Agents to share knowledge and provide support.
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service and/or marketing roles, preferably within the travel industry.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and build strong relationships.• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail to ensure accurate travel arrangements.• Proficiency in using online travel booking platforms and tools.• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your time and priorities effectively.• Familiarity with remote work dynamics and the ability to maintain productivity in a home office environment.• Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment to perform remote work responsibilities.
